Our code of ethics guides our actions and helps us work responsibly and transparently. We are committed to an honest and inclusive working environment and dependable service.
How we work
- Qbuzz manages its relationships and activities, referring to the principles embodied in its ethical code and in the Anti-corruption Policy of the FS Italiane Group.
- The Counterparty declares and ensures that: (a) after reading the Ethical Code of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group ("Ethical Code"), by downloading this link, they have a full understanding of its principles, content and purposes; (b) after reading the anti-corruption policy of the FS Italian Group, which is available here that can be downloaded online and printed, or from which the contractor can at any time request a hard copy, and they have a full understanding of its principles, content and purposes.
- The Counterparty declares that they acknowledge the commitments made by the Company in the aforementioned documents and undertakes to comply with the principles and provisions therein contained, and to ensure that their subcontractors, sub-suppliers, third parties and entire supply chain, when executing their activities and managing their relationships with third parties, adhere to principles that are equivalent to those adopted by the company.
- Any breach of one of the rules in the aforementioned ethical code and/or in the anti-corruption policy of the FS Italiane Group, as well as non-compliance with the provisions of this article, constitutes grounds for termination of this agreement and QBUZZ is entitled, without prejudice to its other rights under the Agreement (including its right to damages), to terminate immediately and without notice or judicial intervention by means of a written notification to the Counterparty.
